Running and triathlon courses/squads

Would you like to start running? Complete your first half marathon? Have a go at a triathlon? Improve your cycling fitness? Pulse Performance offers a range of courses to help you reach your goals. A great way to start 2015 with new goals. Join one of our courses to get started in your running or triathlon adventure.

 
From Walk to Run The Bay (running group course) at Rozelle
Location: Lilyfield/Rozelle, inner west Sydney
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:45-7:45pm   
Duration: 8 weeks
Starts: Tuesday 10th February 2015
 
You can already walk, but running... now there's a challenge!
If you'd like to learn to run as part of a group and  with the guidance of a professional and motivating coach, this is the course for you! Over the 8-weeks you will gradually increase your distance and pace until you're comfortably jogging/running the 7km around the Bay.

Learn To Run (running group course) at Cronulla
Location: Wanda Beach at Cronulla, south Sydney
When: Mondays 6:00am to 7:00am and Wednesdays 6:00am to 7:00am 
Durat ion: 8 weeks
Starts: Monday 9th February 2015
If you'd like to learn to run with the help of an experienced and motivating coach, in the beautiful setting of Wanda Beach, then look no further! This course caters for a range of abilities and fitness levels.
 
Beginner Triathlon Course (triathlon group course)
When: Mondays 6.30pm to 7.30pm and Saturdays 10am to 11.30am
Duration:  8 weeks
Venue: TBC
Starts: Feb 2015
Have you ever wanted to participate in a triathlon but don't know how to train for it? Receive expert advice on every discipline, including completion of a section of the course you will be racing on, by an experienced and motivating coach. Even if you can't swim, ride a bike or run properly, you will learn every step of the way. Email us to place your
interest.

Coaching programs designed and tailored specifically for your goals and lifestyle, with regular coach interaction and using effective methodology. All programs start with an initial face to face consultation. (A one off $100 fee applies for initial program development).

A coaching program that is specific, efficient and tailored to your needs. You will receive personal attention to keep you motivated and keep you on track to reach your goals.     
Race goal planning and evaluation.
Includes access to squads.
Fortnightly reviews.

A coaching program that is specifically designed to achieve optimal performance for the more serious athlete. Time efficient and tailored to your performance goals. You will receive expect analysis, extra personal attention and flexibility to keep you competitive.
