RUNNING FOR BEGINNERS CLASS
This class is for beginners or those who have been on a long break and wish to take up running again. Follow the 8-week program and you'll be able to run 7km without stopping, learn to run properly to minimise injury, lose weight and improve your fitness. PULSIE WORLD RECORD HOLDERS
Earlier this year, Coach Dani together with Tim, Luke and Jayden ran into the Guinness Book of World Records as one-quarter of the 12-man elite team running the farthest distance on a treadmill in 24 hours. The journey was in support of Outrun Cancer - watch the Channel 10 coverage (listen out for Coach Dani as the enthusiastic voiceover from about 11.50 on the video).
