Are you looking for a fun and interactive way to encourage your child to start exercising? Or perhaps your little one has energy to burn?

Pulse Kids Fitness is a program for 7-12 year olds of all levels of fitness. It is designed to encourage physical activity, develop coordination and teach new skills, with the overall goal of improving fitness and wellbeing.

The kids will learn and develop:

  • A range of sports and active skills.
  • Coordination, agility and teamwork.
  • Overall health and wellness principles.
  • Good nutrition.
  • Self confidence and socialising.

The program incorporates the fundamentals of a range of sports and essential skills such as coordination, agility and team work. The kids will also learn the importance of health and wellness, develop an understanding of basic nutrition and be guided to building confidence and developing a healthy self esteem.

The program created and run by Ella North, who has been coached and mentored by Pulse Performance Head Coach Dani Andres, since she was 10 years old. The Pulse Kids program has been developed with Dani’s support and may be a stepping stone to the more competitive Pulse Juniors squad.
