Dream it, Believe it, Achieve it.
Below is only a handful of success stories due to our well individualised tailored programs. We can help you achieve your goals.
Sarah had dreamed of representing Australia as an age group triathlete but she was new to the sport and with no swimming or cycling back ground this was a tough ask. Once she joined our triathlon program she not only qualified with her first attempt at the world championships but placed 2nd, the same year she backed it up with a world title in duathlon. She continued her winning streak by finishing top 3 at every World Championship. She was awarded a professional license in 2008 and raced U23 Elite in her 1st professional attempt with a 3rd place. She is currently taking a break from triathlon and duathlon and is concentrating on cycling for the 2012 Olympics.

Anel just wanted to improve on her world championships placing of 35th and approached our head coach after seeing Sarah's success. Six months into our triathlon program, Anel won nationals and went on to lead the race at the 2006 World Triathlon Championships, missing out on podium by mere seconds. After a 4th placing in she received a pro license. This was above her dreams and expectations. In 2006 she won a bronze medal in her debut Long Course at the World championships in Canberra followed by a superb performance in 2007 were she placed 4th in Singapore ITU Triathlon Asian Cup. Anel currently races around the world in the prestigious ITU series as a professional triathlete.

Elliott was a former state swimmer. Pulse Performance head coach saw the potential in Elliot. Within the first year after making the transition to triathlon he won a state title and went on to represent NSW at national championship. Elliot continued to improve and later in 2005 won a national title and currently races on the junior elite circuit. His dream is to become a professional triathlete, race around the world in the ITU series and one day represent Australia at the triathlon world championships.

He hopes to one day complete an Iron-Man triathlon. Gordon represented Australia at the 2006  World Duathlon Champinships in Corner Brook Canada and heading towards a successful 2010 season.

Nick wanted to perform well in the City 2 Surf and get close to his PB of 58mins. As a runner with many years experience and several attempts with other running programs he came to terms that this was impossible at his age, until he joined our running program. With less than 4 months of preparation he broke his 20 year PB by 3 mins and joined the prestigious City 2 Surf preferred runners group. He has a new attitude that age does not matter, but a good running program does and is the key to reaching your dreams.

Amanda is a runner and her goal was to break 3:45 Marathon. After several failed attempts she joined our Pulse Performance Running Program. Within the first six months she went under 3:40 and with a new attitude and motivation she continued her awesome performances with an impressive PB in 2009 Japan Marathon of 3hr 35mins.

Vince has made it to the NSW all school cross country championships in 2007,08 and 09. • Tom is a social triathlete who dreamed of the Hawaiian Iron-Man. He joined our triathlon program and decided to compete in his first Iron-Man in 2009. Tom finished in 10hr 20 mins, an outstanding achievement considering the lack of preparation due to the accident, but with the right triathlon program and approach nothing is impossible. He is a converted runner and can't wait to further improve his time.
