Pulse Performance offers a range of courses to help you reach your goals. From Walk to Run The Bay (group course) Location: Lilyfield/Rozelle, inner west Sydney When: Tuesdays and Thursdays - 6.45pm to 7.45pm Duration: 8 weeks Starting: 24 January 2012* Finishing: 15 March 2012 You can already walk, but running... now there's a challenge! If you'd like to learn to run as part of a group and with the guidance of a professional and motivating coach, this is the course for you! Over the 8-weeks you will gradually increase your distance and pace until you're comfortably jogging/running the 7km around the Bay. * The 8-week course has already begun but new people join the Pulse Performance all the time so there's no need to wait until mid March for the next group to start. If you'd like to start now, email pulsefitness@bigpond.com Learn To Run (group course) Location: Cronulla, south Sydney When: Mondays and Fridays - 6am to 7am Duration: 8 weeks Starting: 23 January 2012* Finishing: 16 March 2012 If you'd like to learn to run with the help of an experienced and motivating coach, in the beautiful setting of Cronulla Beach, then look no fruther! If you'd like to start now, email pulsefitness@bigpond.com 2012 SYDNEY MORNING HERALD Half Marathon Course (group course) When: Tuesdays and Thursdays - 5:45am to 7.00am Duration: 16 weeks Starting: 31 January 2012 Finishing: RACE DAY - 20 May 2012 Would you like to run your first half marathon? Want to break a Personal Best time? Led by a High Performance Coach and elite runner, this course caters to runners who have never run a half marathon before as well as those who want to improve or beat a previous time. This course caters for a range of abilities and fitness levels. Beginner Triathlon Course (group course) When: Mondays 6.30pm to 7.30pm and Saturdays 10am to 11.30am Duration: 8 weeks Starting: 30 January 2012 Finishing: 24 March 2012 Have you ever wanted to participate in a triathlon but don't know how to train for it? Receive expert advice on every discipline, including completion of a section of the course you will be racing on, by an experienced and motivating coach. Even if you can't swim, ride a bike or run properly, you will learn every step of the way. You can join any of the courses at any stage, providing there is enough time to complete course properly.
