Group Training
If you have a group of friends or workmates who are seeking the social and motivational benefits that come from a group training environment, then Pulse Performance can provide customized Group Training services for you. With group sizes from 3 to 15, Pulse Performance coaching and personal training can develop a Group Training program to meet your common goals, and train in a location that is convenient to your group.

Locations include Sydney, Sutherland Shire, Eastern suburbs including Centennial Park.
